Refund and cancellation policy

Subscription refunds and cancellations

Usage trial and automatic billing

When you start a card-backed trial, you receive a limited practice-minute allowance for a trial period (for example seven days). A payment method is collected at trial start via Stripe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and you will be charged the plan price shown at checkout.

If you use all trial practice minutes before the trial period ends, you may start the paid subscription immediately in the app so you can keep practicing. Confirming early paid access authorizes billing for that plan without waiting for the trial clock to expire. Cancellation remains available from account billing settings (as explained when you start the trial); we do not require a cancel action beside the start-paid confirmation.

Unused trial minutes do not roll into your paid plan. When the trial ends or you start paid access early, any remaining trial minutes expire and your paid plan’s normal allowances begin fresh for that billing period. Unused trial minutes are not refundable as cash or credit.

Cancel before you are charged

To avoid the first paid charge, cancel during the trial and before the trial end date shown in your billing settings. Cancellation is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal from account billing settings (Settings → Billing → Manage subscription).

After you are on a paid monthly plan, cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. You generally keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, when cancellation is set to take effect at period end.

Current period refund stance

The current paid billing period is generally non-refundable once paid. We may issue a refund for billing errors, duplicate or erroneous charges, material access failures or outages, legal requirements, or discretionary goodwill. Unused trial minutes are not a cash refund.

Purchased credit packs

Prepaid credit packs (for example practice or live-call credits) are non-refundable once paid. That includes unused balance, packs that expire, and credits left after you cancel a subscription.

Each pack is valid for 365 days from purchase. Expired credits have no cash value and are not redeemable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash except where required by law. We may email courtesy reminders before expiry when a balance remains; expiry still applies if a reminder is delayed or not received.

This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may, at our discretion, correct clear billing mistakes or issue a refund or credit in limited cases; that is not an entitlement. Full product rules are in the Credit Terms section of our Terms of Service.
